This month, we look at another one of our new members, Mike Lee, Territory Business Manager - WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO, NM and AZ, who recently returned to Elbeco.

Hometown:  Los Angeles area.

Current Location: Gilbert, AZ.

Family: I'm married to the love of my life. We're college sweethearts. She was my little sister's college roommate and I stole her. We've been married for 23 years. We have 4 kids. We have 1 girl, she's the oldest. The rest are all boys. I actually just became a grandfather in November.

Education: I went to a lot of junior colleges. I finished and got a Marketing degree at the University of Phoenix at night.

Fun Fact: I'm a football fanatic.

3 Words to Describe Yourself: Healthy, happy, motivated.

Biggest Influence: My mom.

HobbiesFootball, watching my son play football, skiing, wakeboarding, boating.

Sales Experience: 30 years in the uniform industry. It's all I know. It started as a college job.

Tenure at Elbeco: 5 years.

Favorite Elbeco Product and Why: Distinction Poly/Wools because they're better than all the other Poly/Wools on the market.

Favorite Part of Working for Elbeco: Traveling and freedom of my own sales organization.

Biggest Highlight of Workday: When I get a win because of the thrill that comes with it.

Something You Learned About Yourself Through This Role: I'm really self-motivated and I hate to lose. I'm a terrible loser in anything.

If You Weren't Working In This Role, What Would You Be Doing Instead? I'd be selling uniforms or equipment somewhere.

What Would You Like to Be Known/Remembered For? My honesty and work ethic.

Anything Else You Want To Share? Give thanks for another day. Look for the good. Choose faith over fear. Replace "have to" with "get to." Attack the day with enthusiasm. Show up and do the work.
