Meet the Elbeco Sales Team

Bob has many years of experience in sales roles at Elbeco, all culminating into the Director of Uniform Sales position. Bob also has years of experience in the retail aspect of the business. In addition, he spent nearly 20 years in law enforcement with both the U.S. Army Military Police and the Illinois State Police. Bob is passionate about the industry and being able to serve the needs of public safety professionals across the country.

Todd was born in New Jersey but currently resides in Philadelphia. He brings to Elbeco over 14 years’ experience in the uniform industry. Todd has a charming, upbeat personality, and it’s evident in the way he discusses his work that the relationships he’s made with end users and dealers are truly special to him. Todd was also the mayor of Glassboro, New Jersey from 1995 to 1998 and served as a councilman from 1992 to 1994. From 1980 to 2007, Todd served as President and Chief for the Glassboro Fire Department.

Neomi Carlson covers our West and West Coast regions. Neomi has many years of experience, being in the uniform industry since she was a child. In her career, she has had the privilege to work first for a family business and then a Quartermaster since 2005. Above all, Neomi enjoys working with people, so the retail business has always been a great fit. 

During her experience, Neomi held a position as a store supervisor, where she says, “…this is where I learned the most about the industry and the Elbeco line.” She also goes on to say, “Having worked extensively with police, fire, EMS and security for many years, I have a vast knowledge of all the product lines and what they have to offer. I’m excited to continue the tradition of building the Elbeco brand.”

Rainey currently lives in Lafayette, Louisiana. Rainey graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May of 2019 receiving her bachelor's degree in Business. Since graduating, Rainey has experience in direct sales and agency development. She is excited to bring her passion for sales to the Elbeco team.

Cory Daza brings over 3 years of sales experience to Elbeco. Though his selling experience is exclusive to public safety apparel, Cory has been on both the distributor and manufacturer sides of the industry. Cory also brings some firsthand experience to the public safety apparel sales industry, as he is still a part time police officer. Originally hailing from East Lansing, MI, Cory currently lives in Vero Beach, FL and holds a Bachelors degree from Michigan State University.

Mark is originally from Garland, Texas, but he currently resides in Prosper, Texas with his wife and two sons. Mark brings to Elbeco experience in business development, account management and general management.

Mark has managed retail operations in stores selling custom dress uniforms, stock uniforms, tactical gear and body armor. His previous sales experience is in the uniform industry as well, managing accounts of public safety professionals throughout Texas. Mark has a passion for building relationships with customers and providing outstanding customer service.

Ray resides in Coral Springs, Florida. He brings to Elbeco 10 years’ experience in uniform sales and has evolved as a salesman during his tenure at Elbeco. He enjoys working with the agencies/end users and distribution partners, and is often sought out for his product knowledge.

Ray is originally from northern Louisiana, which is easily discerned by most people the minute he speaks. His Cajun accent is both humorous and endearing, as he peppers his conversations with colloquialisms and sayings that make him hard to forget. 

Bob Helmer covers our West Coast territory. A Roseville, California native, he graduated from Arizona State University in 2011 with a Bachelor's in Business. Following in his dad's footsteps, Bob then began his career in uniform sales, starting with a tenure at Quartermaster. He currently resides in Roseville with his daughter and is excited to join the Elbeco team.

Greg currently resides in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota. He brings to Elbeco 10 years’ experience in outside sales. Greg covers the Mid West states and still enjoys the working relationships he has formed with his dealers and the agencies he has been servicing all of these years. 

Mike is a former Elbeco employee and brings over 30 years’ experience in the uniform industry to Elbeco. He has worked on the retail side of the uniform business as a partner in a local uniform store in AZ and was the VP of Retail for Quartermaster prior to their Galls acquisition. He most recently worked with Smart Communications as Regional Director and is excited to have the opportunity to come back to Elbeco.

Justin currently resides in Lakeville, Minnesota with his wife and two sons. Justin brings to Elbeco 10 years of experience in the public safety sales industry, though he has grown up in the law enforcement community due to his dad’s 33-year career as a police officer. Prior to entering the industry, Justin received his degree in Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Joe currently lives in St. Louis, MO with his wife and kids. After spending 10 1/2 years in the law enforcement community, Joe is excited to begin his sales experience at Elbeco. As someone who enjoys interacting with people, Joe is grateful for the opportunity to remain connected to the law enforcement community.

Alan currently resides in Holland, Ohio. He started with Elbeco in 1982 and has over 35 years of experience in the uniform industry. Alan cherishes the friendships and relationships he has been able to develop over the years within his territory and with fellow sales reps. Alan also attends many local and national trade shows, and his experience has proved valuable with the education and training he provides vendors and agencies on Elbeco products.

Steve Tassinari covers our Northeast region. Steve Tassinari was born and raised in Massachusetts and currently resides in Rhode Island. Steve has nearly 20 years of experience in the Uniform Industry, spent entirely within the New England states. Steve started his career with Elbeco in 2001, and after that he served as Senior Account Manager in New England for I. Spiewak & Sons for the past 10 years. Steve is excited to return to Elbeco as the Northeast Distribution Sales Manager where he will continue to develop and establish the Elbeco brand via his strong relationship with valued customers and authorized distributors.

David currently resides in North Carolina with his wife and two sons. David brings to Elbeco over 27 years of experience in sales, with various roles in linen and uniform rentals, apparel and paper goods, automobile, embroidery and print equipment. David also brings a passion for serving customers and providing top-notch service.

Heather has had a long tenure being the heart and soul of the sales department from our corporate office. Prior to Elbeco, she didn’t have any experience with uniforms, and she got her start within the accounting department “before joining the BEST sales team EVER.”
